This past weekend

I did not do to much cooking this weekend as I was working most of the weekend and not feeling that great. On Saturday I came home from work to find my oldest in the kitchen. She made Spaghetti and Meatballs for the first time. For a first I will have to say I am very impressed. It was so good I send a plate over the my next door neighbor. Today I will have to find something fantastic to make. This upcoming weekend I have been asked to make Empanadas for a party my sister is going to and we have my youngest daughters Birthday party. We will not be cooking the main meal as it Pizza is on the menu. We will be making the cake which will be a beautiful flower. My mother in law has offered to make some appertizers for the party so that will be a surprise I think she will make potato skins? but I am not too sure. So the next time I log on I hope to post some great meals!!!
